Responsibilities

Manage payroll for approximately 55 employees
Process bi-weekly payroll
Support 30 hourly and 20 salaried employees
Administer 401(k) plan through ADP
Manage benefits through an external broker, including October open enrollment
Ensure compliance across HR, benefits, and retirement programs
Support fiscal year-end activities (12/31)
Non-union environment
On-site 4 days per week, 1 day remote

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5+ years of Payroll and Human Resources experience (required)
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing
Strong working knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance
Experience working with a benefits broker and managing open enrollment
Professional, approachable, and capable of supporting a growing organization
