Responsibilities
Act as a key engineering contributor across services owned by the team, ensuring high-quality delivery, stability, and continuous improvement
Deliver completed tasks for testing and provide advisory assistance to QAs during testing
Participate actively in technical discussions, collaborating with teammates, Tech Lead, and other teams to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions
Proactively identify problems and propose improvements - from architecture design and infrastructure enhancements to code quality, monitoring, and performance
Contribute to product discussions, helping refine requirements, highlight technical risks, and suggest optimal implementation approaches that align with business and technical goals
Ensure reliability and performance of services by implementing proper resilience patterns, caching strategies, metrics, alerts and by responding to critical issues when needed
Support healthy engineering practices inside the team: code reviews, knowledge sharing, documentation, adherence to coding standards and improving SDLC processes
Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product and other engineering teams, ensuring smooth cross-team communication and alignment on deliverables
Qualification
Required
5+ years of .NET web development experience
Expertise and deep understanding of .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C# technologies
Experience with micro services architecture
Experience with a breadth of backend architecture principles and technologies
Experience with Unit and Integration tests
Experience with Gitlab CI or other CI/CD technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
English - at least Upper-Intermediate
Preferred
Experience in fintech will be a plus
