Analyze credit and acquisition strategy, surfacing actionable insights to improve risk outcomes and funnel performance
Take ownership over the originations and underwriting program with support of the Business Director
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams
Present findings to executives and influence strategic initiatives
Monitor and optimize KPIs around roll rates, cure rates, recovery, and more
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in credit analytics, strategy, or lending analytics
Strong SQL required
Experience in consumer lending or a data-rich, customer-facing business
Curious, hands-on problem solver who can own projects from end to end
Strong communicator – comfortable working closely with executives
