Digital Media & Analytics Team Leader (Ad Operations)
KeyMedia Solutions is hiring a Digital Media & Analytics Team Leader to guide the evolution of their Ad Operations function. This leadership role involves leading and coaching the Ad Ops team, ensuring quality and accountability in paid media execution, and contributing to the leadership team as the company scales services.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of Digital Specialists, ensuring work is accurate, timely, and aligned with client goals
Serve as the quality and accountability owner for paid digital media delivery across channels
Oversee workload distribution, capacity planning, and operational consistency
Maintain hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms to review work, troubleshoot issues, and coach best practices
Drive improvements to processes, SOPs, and quality standards
Partner closely with Account Services and leadership to support account health and retention
Help develop and operationalize new service offerings as the business evolves
Represent Ad Operations on the leadership team, contributing to planning, resourcing, and execution strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, including building and optimizing paid search, paid social, and programmatic
Proven people leadership experience (coaching, feedback, accountability)
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
Ability to review and assess campaign work without personally executing every task
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
High standards for quality, consistency, and follow-through
Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-changing digital landscape
