Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Act as a servant-leader for ServiceNow development teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and ensure clarity of user stories
Track and report team progress, velocity, and key performance metrics
Ensure the team follows agile best practices and Scrum framework
Facilitate cross-team collaboration with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and leadership
Support adoption of ServiceNow best practices, workflows, and platform capabilities within the team
Identify and address risks or dependencies affecting delivery
Assist with coordinating UAT, deployments, and change management in alignment with ServiceNow processes
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles
Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Experience in collaborating with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Ability to track and report team progress, velocity, and key performance metrics
Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to identify and address risks or dependencies affecting delivery
Experience in coordinating UAT, deployments, and change management
