Responsibilities
Welcome members, guests, and partners with warmth and professionalism
Manage daily check-ins and visitor flow
Answer general questions about memberships, meeting rooms, and events
Serve as a visible, approachable presence that sets the tone for the space
Maintain organization of the front desk and common areas
Support daily opening and closing procedures
Flag member experience, access, or facilities issues to the Bamboo team
Assist with event check-in and light setup as needed
Share information about upcoming programs and partner events
Occasionally help capture community moments (photos, short videos, notes)
Dedicated time during shifts to work on your own startup, creative project, or entrepreneurial idea
Direct access to Bamboo members, mentors, and community partners
Opportunities to attend talks, workshops, and networking events
Exposure to how a mission-driven coworking and innovation platform operates
Optional growth areas based on interest: Event production or programming support, Content creation or community storytelling, Social media or outreach projects
Qualification
Required
A current student or recent graduate
Exploring or actively building a business, creative practice, or social impact project
Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
Organized and able to manage light administrative tasks independently
Curious about entrepreneurship, creativity, and community-building
Preferred
Event production or programming support
