Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends. Be prepared to provide in-depth product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Provide regular sales forecasts to management
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to identify and nurture leads. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
Assist customers with product selection, pricing inquiries, and order processing. Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies accordingly
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and work towards resolution
Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance
Utilize sales tools and technology, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to manage leads, track customer interactions, and streamline sales processes
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs. Stay updated on industry certifications or qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and time management abilities
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
Familiarity with marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Understanding of customer service principles and processes
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Intermediate industry and product knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
