Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail environments (mandatory)
Strong understanding of planning, allocation, and forecasting processes
Hands-on experience with vendor management and budget ownership
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to present and interact confidently with VPs and senior leadership
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and integrations
Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams
