Responsibilities
Oversee all Caregiver background check and onboarding processes
Responsible for ensuring I9 and 1099 compliance for all caregivers
Monitor training completion for Caregivers and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Identify and address gaps in the onboarding process to improve efficiency and experience
Serve as a liaison between Recruiting, HR/Payroll, and Caregiver Experience teams to resolve onboarding and hiring issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure alignment across departments
Utilize multiple HRIS and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and workflows
Generate reports and analyze onboarding metrics using Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in HR, recruiting, or in with onboarding W2s and 1099s in a multi-state, high volume recruiting operation
Strong proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
