Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software implementations for automotive dealerships
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Support software installation, system integration, and issue resolution
Deliver virtual and on-site training to drive user adoption
Assist with onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and training coordination
Maintain documentation and capture feedback to improve implementation processes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working in automotive dealerships
Experience with software implementations, onboarding, or technical support
Understanding of dealership operations, retail sales, and basic IT systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to dealership locations as needed
