Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new business opportunities within assigned territories
Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement business development plans to expand market reach and increase sales volume
Generate leads through face to face meetings with consumers, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate sales negotiations
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships
Conduct territory management by planning visits, scheduling meetings, and analyzing market trends for strategic decision-making
Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue per account
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer facing jobs such as marketing, sales, or management
Strong skills in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Demonstrated ability in or willingness to learn product demos, upselling, and analysis of sales data for strategic planning
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients across various industries
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a team-oriented approach
