Conduct basic data entry into company systems and file information using agreed procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible
Carry out standard facilities management tasks for clear asks
Respond to requests for information about the availability of people or facilities to assist in arranging business meetings
Operate basic equipment and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict, detailed instructions
Qualification
Required
Secondary / Intermediate + (5 GCSE)
Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems
Uses clear and effective elementary verbal communications skills under supervision to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies
Supports business processes with guidance but not constant supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages
Works under supervision at an elementary level to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives
Uses an elementary understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis under supervision
Works under supervision at an elementary level to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives
Applies elementary concepts under supervision to manage and apply safe systems of work
Works at an elementary level under supervision to select, deploy and get the best results from the most appropriate office system
