Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Technology and Cybersecurity Compliance Professional 2 to provide expertise for an Identity & Access Management compliance project focused on access-related initiatives. This position requires collaboration across various teams to accomplish shared objectives
The Technology and Cybersecurity Compliance Professional 2 partners with key stakeholders to ensure our information security systems and procedures adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and established internal controls
This role exercises independent judgment in determining work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal supervision and receives guidance when necessary. Work is performed in accordance with defined guidelines and procedures
Reporting and Research: Utilize tools such as SailPoint, PowerBI, and EntraID to query, analyze, and organize data in support of project objectives
Data Consolidation and Analysis: Aggregate and review collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to align efforts and achieve project goals
Compliance Review: Ensure all deliverables meet compliance and regulatory standards
Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve issues within data collection processes
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive records of queries, workflows, and processes to facilitate ongoing support and future enhancements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on enhancing consumer experiences
Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including both verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels
In-depth knowledge of internal IT controls, processes, and risk management, particularly around user access reviews
Experienced in IT auditing processes, including Internal and External Audit procedures, and compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC1, SOC2, and HiTrust
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and related tools
Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
Proven experience managing projects utilizing the Agile framework
Technical understanding of SailPoint, EntraID and PowerBI
