Relaying basic lab results
Responding to text messages and emails
Handing out treats and showing compassion to our furry patients
Qualification
Required
Friendly and energetic personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Ability to greet clients and offer refreshments
Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system in a professional manner
Ability to schedule appointments and prepare medications
Ability to serve as a liaison between clients and doctors
Ability to confirm appointments and relay basic lab results
Ability to respond to text messages and emails
Compassionate towards animals
Availability to work full-time, 35-40 hours/week including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Ability to work every other Saturday
Ability to maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for clients and patients
