Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall strategic results on assigned accounts
Strategic coordination of client marketing and servicing
Work closely with producers and clients to develop effective employee benefit strategies and programs
Responsible for retention and expansion of an assigned book of business
Participation in the procurement of new business through proactive client service
Managing renewals/marketing and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
Experience establishing strategy and direction for employee benefits program and managing, implementing and renewing group health & welfare plans
Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, with effective problem solving and resolution skills
Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills
Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
Preferred
10+ years industry experience with 3+ years of client management responsibilities preferred
State Life/Health insurance license required (can obtain after hire)
