Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
Apply knowledge of steel products including bar, sheet, and structural materials
Process and manage customer orders, including custom cuts, pricing, and delivery schedules
Partner closely with operations and production to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
Qualification
Required
Experience in inside sales, industrial sales, or metals/steel distribution
Strong knowledge of steel products, grades, alloys, and applications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
