Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
Experience in business process improvement, process modeling, and gap analysis
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization software, and project management tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Background in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Utah and support project deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of Federal Department of Defense project environments or similar is a plus
