Responsibilities

Initiate relationships with prospective clients to obtain new business and expand sales territory
Conduct sales presentations; make appointments as needed to close on pre-qualified accounts
Maintain contact with prospective clients in relation to their requirements
Sell and create demand for use of company services by understanding prospective clients' specific needs and relating company services to meet clients' objectives
Provide information and guidance to clients by researching and analyzing sales opportunities, and recommending service improvements
Implement all prospecting methods, such as cold calling, networking, and developing referrals to build territory and book of business
Exhaust weekly client advertisements
Implement and follow-through on monthly marketing plan and facility expansion report
Develop and execute on the sales department provisions of the Office Business Plan (OPB) for assigned territories
Contact all clients in the Plan; must exhaust all means
Maintain and provide quality and prompt customer service by following corporate standards
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Develop marketing plan to convert prospective, stale, and inactive accounts to active account status
Assist in staffing and recruiting activities as directed by management
