Responsibilities
Engaging customers and explaining what is being promoted
Guiding conversations in a clear, professional way
Supporting product and service sales through direct, face-to-face customer interaction
Adjusting communication style based on the customer in front of you
Following campaign standards closely and contributing to a smooth, organized event
Participating in training or briefing sessions to review campaign goals, messaging, and expectations
Traveling with your team to the assigned retail location and taking part in live events
Returning to the office for feedback and coaching sessions focused on performance, communication, and development
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, events, or leadership roles in academic or team settings
Comfort speaking to the public
Ability to take direction
