Responsibilities
Analyze real-world data sources such as claims, electronic health records (EHR), and registries
Apply epidemiologic and HEOR methodologies to observational and outcomes research
Perform data manipulation, analysis, and programming using Python (and related analytics tools)
Support evidence generation activities, including study design, analysis plans, and results interpretation
Collaborate with epidemiology, HEOR, and analytics stakeholders across multiple initiatives
Contribute to internal reports, scientific materials, and publication-ready outputs
Qualification
Required
Experience working with real-world evidence (RWE) or observational research
Hands-on exposure to HEOR concepts and analyses
Strong programming skills in Python
Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, health economics, or a related field
Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
Preferred
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Economics, or a related discipline
Prior experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech research initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as claims or EHR datasets
Interest in contributing to peer-reviewed research or real-world evidence publications
