Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and drive the roadmap for both an installment and line of credit product
Understand and own product performance and metrics:
Financial performance and projections
Marketing data and trends
Risk analysis
Customer support metrics
Drive significant business and technology initiatives in a cross functional environment
Coordinate with internal partners from Marketing, Legal, Risk and Technology teams
Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and financial success
Manage all aspects of the product development lifecycle including research, proposals, prioritization, implementation and post launch maintenance

Required

Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
5+ years of product management experience - preferably for an Internet/e-commerce property or a financial services firm
Proven track record of delivering product releases on time with measurable impact to key business metrics
Communication and diplomacy skills necessary to guide, influence and convince others
Ability to efficiently plan and manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in fast paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional ability to communicate both written and verbal to cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently when needed to drive projects to successful completion
Strong attention to detail and organization

Preferred

Graduate degree is a plus, but not required
Management experience of both internal employees and external partners a plus
