Responsibilities
Coordinate with the internal recruiting team to post positions and set up roles in our Applicant Tracking System
Be a vital part of the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
Schedule - and reschedule, as necessary - virtual and in-person interviews between active candidates and interviewers
Align with each specific office location as to any on-site interviews
Address questions from either candidates or hiring teams regarding scheduling, status, testing, or issues related to the role
Reject candidates using provided templates as aligned with the point of the interview process
Track candidate status via the Recruitment Tracker and update changes accordingly
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience coordinating the recruitment process for a large-volume hiring team
Proficient understanding of scheduling across multiple time zones
Self-starter, comfortable asking questions, and with a sincere interest in understanding the environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Google Suite; able to learn new systems quickly
Experience with ATS systems, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
Willingness to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities
Preferred
The successful candidate will live within the New York Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut), preferably with the ability with the ability to commute to the New York City office on a flexible hybrid schedule
