Responsibilities
Contribute to Business Development & Growth Goals
Identify and develop new school district partnerships
Build and grow a strong book of business within assigned markets
Leverage best-in-class business intelligence and proprietary AI tools to identify opportunities efficiently
Spend more time building relationships and closing partnerships, not searching for leads
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, onboarding, and growth initiatives
Manage Accounts & Partnerships
Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned school district clients
Build trusted, long-term relationships that drive retention and expansion
Identify and execute opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Partner closely with internal educational leaders to ensure exceptional service delivery
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of industry experience with a proven track record in business development, account management, or school partnerships
Demonstrated success growing and retaining school relationships
Strong consultative communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Experience in education, staffing, or healthcare services
Therapist or education background
