Responsibilities
Own and oversee the full technology workstream from planning through execution
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
Coordinate and track progress across multiple internal technology teams and vendors
Facilitate collaboration between product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners
Prepare and deliver clear, concise weekly status reports for operational teams and leadership
Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change control across the program
Support and coordinate activities related to Service Transition Planning and Support
Engage with Quality Design and Architecture Review teams to ensure compliance with established processes
Quickly adapt to changing priorities and proactively drive projects forward
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience in IT Project Management within large enterprise environments
Strong project and process management skills
Hands-on experience building and managing project plans in Microsoft Project
Familiarity working within structured, regulated environments and defined internal processes
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple technology workstreams
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management and reporting experience
