Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of personal injury and catastrophic injury matters from filing through resolution
Draft and argue motions, discovery, pleadings, and other key litigation documents
Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances with confidence and professionalism
Strategically evaluate cases and negotiate favorable settlements for clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and case managers in a team-driven environment
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing compassionate and proactive representation
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license in good standing
2–5 years of experience in personal injury or related civil litigation
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills — confident in the courtroom and in negotiation
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and case organization
A team-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve justice
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
