UX Research Internship - Summer 2026

This role involves assisting the Customer Experience Research and Design team with various initiatives, focusing on research operations and participant management in a professional UX environment.

Responsibilities
Support Research sessions: Draft research scripts, manage notes and recordings, session analysis and report creation to derive insights from customer research
Insight and Friction analysis: Collect, map and analyse customer friction points, define opportunities and insights
Participant Management: Assist with the recruitment process for user research studies, including screening participants, scheduling sessions, and managing communication. You will help maintain our centralized participant database to ensure data integrity
Knowledge Management: Support the management of the UX research repository, ensuring findings and raw data are consistently organized, tagged, and easily accessible for the team
Tool Support: Assist in the administration of UX research tools (such as Maze, Dovetail, or Qualtrics) by helping to manage configurations and user access
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Psychology, HCI, Information Science, Business, or related fields)
Previous exposure to or experience in managing research projects and organizing data (academic or professional)
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
High level of tech-savviness with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to internal teams
A fast learner with a strong desire to understand UX research operations and contribute to the team's success
Preferred
Familiarity with UX research methodologies and Agile environments is a plus
Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Maze, or database management software
