Responsibilities
Assist with planning, shooting, and executing photo and video content for clients
Manage social media accounts including posting, engagement, and content organization
Create and edit short form video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Design graphics and social assets using Canva
Assist on content shoots including setup, filming, and behind the scenes support
Work directly with clients and confidently manage client accounts independently
Monitor trends, analyze performance, and identify new content opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience with social media management for brands or businesses
Strong Canva design experience
Video editing experience for short form content
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
Quick learner who can adapt fast and take initiative
Highly organized, detail oriented, and self motivated
Creative thinker who is comfortable working independently
Must be able to work in person at our Kent, Ohio office
Preferred
Photography experience
Videography experience
Comfort shooting content on iPhone or camera
Basic lighting and framing knowledge
