They are seeking an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of their booking department, ensuring bookings are documented, contracts executed, and tours supported operationally.

Responsibilities
Drafting and issuing booking contracts
Tracking payments and following up on outstanding funds
Liaising with promoters regarding contract terms and show details
Organizing and maintaining internal documents, databases, and artist information
Assisting with artist onboarding and ongoing administrative needs
Supporting advancing processes, including coordination around travel, hospitality, and show logistics
Qualification
Required
Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills, with close attention to detail
Clear, professional written communication and comfort handling contracts and formal correspondence
Organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Passion for electronic music and genuine familiarity with the artists and culture we work within
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
Interest in the business and operational side of artist representation
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn through hands-on work
Long-term interest in building a career in electronic music, not a short-term or exploratory internship
