This position supports daily compliance operations and provides administrative and reporting support to promote a strong culture of compliance across the credit union.

Responsibilities
Respond to internal inquiries regarding compliance procedures, escalating complex issues as appropriate
Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Officer and other team members
Maintain accurate compliance-related documentation and records in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Support compliance testing, audits, and reviews by gathering documentation and preparing reports
Assist in maintaining and updating compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
Research regulatory changes and help communicate updates to relevant departments
Contribute to fostering a strong compliance culture throughout the credit union
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documents, and reports
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative and professional approach with the ability to work well across departments
High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Fluency in English is required
Preferred
Previous experience in financial services, banking, or compliance support (preferred but not required)
Basic conversational Ukrainian language skills are preferred, not required (to communicate with members, staff, and the community as needed)
