Kinect is a fast-growing ERP consulting practice seeking an experienced Acumatica ERP Implementation Consultant. This role involves leading full-cycle ERP implementations across distribution, e-commerce, and core financials, while serving as a subject-matter expert on Acumatica ERP.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide customers through end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations
Conduct discovery, project scoping, requirements gathering, and business process mapping
Create clear and professional documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs)
Configure and support Acumatica modules related to accounting, finance, and distribution
Execute and manage UAT testing and user validation
Deliver engaging client training sessions and ongoing post-implementation support
Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customer stakeholders
Maintain Acumatica certifications and stay current on product updates
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Minimal travel to customer locations as needed

Required

Hands-on Acumatica ERP implementation experience (required)
Strong background in accounting and finance (GL, AR/AP, reporting)
Experience with distribution workflows, including sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory
Proven experience with project scoping, planning, and end-to-end ERP implementations
Strong reporting and report-writing capabilities
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced consulting environment

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills preferred; experience with CRM tools a plus
