Help organizations navigate vendor lock-in, rising infrastructure costs, and complex platform transition decisions
This role offers a rare channel opportunity focused on dramatically accelerating infrastructure migrations (e.g. VMware)—often reducing timelines from years to months (or even days)—by leveraging a software-agnostic, data-driven approach that prioritizes speed, clarity, and risk reduction rather than pushing a specific replacement platform
You will work with Palantir-powered capabilities—historically limited to Fortune 100 enterprises and government programs—now purpose-built and commercially accessible for the mid-market, enabling organizations to plan, sequence, and execute migrations faster and more confidently, regardless of the destination technology
We don't sell the destination platform -- we sell the speed, certainty and intelligence that gets you there faster
VMware-heavy environments, IT-led organizations
Former VMware partners, MSP leaders, or infrastructure consultants
Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Channel Partners act as trusted advisors, identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities for our software solutions
This is a partner-led, channel-oriented role focused on originating and developing commercial opportunities while collaborating closely with internal solution and delivery teams
Up to 30% of gross profit on all sales where you originate the opportunity
15% of gross profit when the lead is provided by our internal team
100% Commission based, but zero caps, high-value deals, and incredible potential
