Responsibilities
Set up and operate multiple 2-axis CNC lathe machines with turning capability
Manufacture components with tolerances of +/- 5/1000 using materials such as Titanium, Stainless Steel, and minimal exotics like Aluminum
Perform first article inspections on self-manufactured parts to ensure adherence to quality standards
Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
Read and interpret blueprints to execute machining tasks accurately
Perform program edits and basic programming using G code and Fanuc controls
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines and CNC lathes
6 Months - 1 Year of Lathe Experience (School or Work Experience)
Experience with precision measuring tools and first article inspections
Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
Ability to perform program edits and basic programming
Preferred
Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred
Experience in Swiss machining is a plus
