Responsibilities
Takes initiative to anticipate workflow
Develop design strategies for projects
Produces visual elements, including digital graphics, signage, social media graphics, and print collateral
Creates powerpoint presentations and eFlyers, adapting them to multiple revisions
Manages multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion within timelines
Continues to keep abreast of design and graphics software
Manages rebuild and updates of audited inventory and website
Organizes all graphics and photo files so that they are easily accessible
Updates SOPs on eFlyer procedures
Manages Jr. Graphic Artists
Handles outsourcing for print projects in timely manner
Will participate on installs, as needed
Qualification
Required
Must provide a portfolio with resume
2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist in a leadership role
Must be an artistic professional that can work independently
Must be able to manipulate software efficiently
Can work independently on multiple assignments with quick changing deadlines
Must have proven leadership and organizational skills
Needs to work quickly in a fast-paced office
Can be Ampa's social media contact
Has experience working with print companies
Knows how to install vinyl graphics
Experience working with printers and managing cut files for CAD routers
Rendering skills needed
