This role is newly created to streamline vendor onboarding processes and automate communications with external vendors, while showcasing project management skills and customer service expertise.

Responsibilities
Lead vendor onboarding process automation
Serve as main point of contact for vendor communications
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements
Identify next steps in long-term vendor program
Ensure accurate data collection and storage
Provide exceptional customer service to vendors
Qualification
Required
Project management or coordination experience
Customer-facing or vendor support role experience
Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred
Retail or e-commerce experience
Experience with Product Information Management tools
