Labor Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of labor market trends and conduct thorough research to inform recruitment strategies and tell a story with data
Candidate Career Advisor: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Hiring Strategy Advisor: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies that align with business goals while having an ability to influence on all facets of the process
Change Agent: Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting innovative recruitment practices and continuous improvement

Required
