Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project documents, specifications, reports, and analysis
Interpret and evaluate technical data to support design and planning decisions
Lead or contribute to design efforts for complete roadway systems and components
Conduct quality control reviews and perform field observations during construction
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and guide junior staff as needed
Analyze cost factors, design requirements, and environmental impacts
Utilize the latest design software to create 3D models of infrastructure designs

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
A Colorado PE license in good standing
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in roadway/transportation design
Proficiency in MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), and/or Civil3D
A strong understanding of federal, state, and local codes, criteria, and regulations
A problem-solving mindset and passion for delivering innovative, impactful solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong client relationships
