Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and web
Create compelling content for various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, email newsletters, and social media posts
Coordinate trade show and industry event logistics, including materials preparation and follow-up
Support lead generation efforts through content creation and campaign management
Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
Maintain the company's CRM system and marketing database
Collaborate with sales team to develop materials that support business development efforts
Assist with website updates and optimization
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar)
Experience with social media management and content creation
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing metrics
Highly organized with excellent project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Knowledge of equipment financing or commercial lending is a plus
