Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to support workforce needs, talent initiatives, and organizational priorities
Oversee and support end-to-end recruiting efforts, with an emphasis on high-volume and operational roles; contribute to strategies that improve candidate attraction and retention
Act as a point of contact for workforce-related matters, providing guidance on engagement, communication, and issue resolution
Assist with staffing plans, pipeline development, and forward-looking workforce initiatives to meet evolving business demands
Help implement and maintain people-related programs, processes, and best practices aligned with business goals
Contribute to performance discussions, coaching efforts, and development initiatives across teams
Support adherence to applicable employment guidelines, policies, and risk mitigation practices
Support business changes, growth efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives through effective coordination and communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Several years of experience supporting talent, staffing, or workforce initiatives in fast-paced or operational environments
Strong background in recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or similar settings
