Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Kinaxis implementation programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality and client satisfaction
Apply consistent delivery methodologies, governance structures, and best practices across all engagements
Track and manage project financials including budgets, profitability, resource utilization, and risk mitigation
Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into clear action plans
Build and maintain executive-level client relationships that foster trust, transparency, and partnership
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Kearney’s presence within client organizations through delivery excellence and thought leadership
Champion continuous improvement by optimizing delivery models, processes, and tools
Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and coaching to cross-functional delivery teams to ensure growth, engagement, and high performance
Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and client concerns, maintaining situational awareness and effectively navigating ambiguity
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that balances creative problem solving with disciplined execution
Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes for delivery teams
Partner with practice leadership to scale capabilities, shape go-to-market offerings and drive operational excellence across the Kinaxis portfolio
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a delivery leadership role
Proven record of managing enterprise-scale implementations
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes—demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and production planning
Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro, ideally supported by certifications (Author, Contributor, or Integration Developer)
Thrives in client-facing roles, bringing both delivery rigor and the ability to identify new business opportunities within ongoing programs
Inspires and empowers teams through mentorship, feedback, and a focus on professional development
Navigates complexity and ambiguity with structure and logic, translating business challenges into executable delivery plans
Communicates effectively across executive, functional, and technical stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes
