Responsibilities
Manage and drive this large project to completion
Keep the Project Manager in the loop on updates
Help manage subcontractors and timelines
Manage the schedule
Be the eyes and ears of the MEP project
Qualification
Required
Experience managing low-voltage and MEP subcontractors onsite
Comfortable being onsite with the customer
Experience supporting a high-rise building project
Experience managing a schedule and handling quality control onsite
Experience with RFIs and potential change orders
Experience managing a project of over 1 million dollars or higher
Preferred
Experience with Bluebeam
Experience with Procore
Experience with MS Project
