Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing tools
Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and align with client needs
Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process
Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and secure candidate commitment for current and future opportunities
Complete pre-employment processes, including reference checks and background/drug screenings
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify key accounts, target skill sets, market segments, and staffing needs
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exceptional service, gain market insight, and generate referrals and leads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/recruiting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of motivation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong desire to learn and advance
Competitive drive and a strong work ethic (former athletes often excel)
