Responsibilities
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines
Partner with solution architects
Transform raw data into compelling data models
Build processes supporting data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and qualitative analysis
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of tools and processes to improve our operations
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
Expand and optimize our data and data pipeline architecture
Ensure optimal data delivery and consistency during engagements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of industry experience with Data Operations and Engineering best practices
Experience in building and optimizing Data Engineering pipeline, architectures and data sets
Extensive working experience with backend programing languages like SQL & Python
Familiarity with both relational & non-relational database systems
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, JFrog, SonarQube etc
Experience working cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
Knowledge to use visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc
Demonstrate understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and ethical considerations in business contexts. This includes the ability to work with AI tools, interpret AI outputs, and ensure responsible AI use in decision-making processes
Preferred
Proficiency working with data systems such as Snowflake & Databricks etc
