Experience with Data Privacy regulations and developing compliance programs
Solid understanding of Corporate Governance, including experience advising on board matters, corporate policies, and reporting obligations
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a current member in good standing of a state bar association
