Enterprise Services Architecture & ITSM Lead
EXOS is seeking an experienced ITIL-certified Enterprise Architecture & IT Service Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide standards and service optimization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement architecture standards and improve operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities
Collaborate across Application Development, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure teams to identify, research, design, and implement enterprise architecture standards
Research, document, build, and pilot prioritized architecture and service management standards
Propose new enterprise standards aligned with business needs, IT strategy, and emerging technologies
Act as a trusted technical leader and advisor across the organization
Provide subject matter expertise in IAM, PAM, Networking, Core Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Service Management
Drive continuous optimization efforts across services, platforms, and processes
Develop execution strategies, roadmaps, and predictive cost models, including capacity planning tied to deliverables
Serve as the primary resource for enterprise monitoring, incident management, and computer operations
Audit current incident and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Design and implement process improvements, including authoring procedures, documentation, and training materials for new technologies
Schedule and deliver quarterly training sessions focused on ITIL best practices
Review KPIs on a monthly basis to measure improvements and refine strategies
Lead process improvements related to transitioning to a new IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, including standardization, rollout planning, training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
Partner with DTMB to resolve issues, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to ensure program success
Qualification
Required
ITIL Certification (required)
Strong experience in enterprise architecture, IT service management, and operational leadership
Proven expertise in IAM, PAM, networking, infrastructure, cloud platforms, DevOps, and monitoring tools
Experience leading ITSM tool implementations or major transitions
Strong documentation, process design, and training development skills
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical and operational solutions
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
Background in capacity planning, cost modeling, and service optimization
Familiarity working with government or public-sector IT organizations
