Responsibilities
Collaborate with an international New Product Introduction (NPI) team to successfully release new products to market
Develop comprehensive test plans and provide testability recommendations during the product design phase
Design and implement Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions (hardware and software) for validation, qualification, characterization, probe, and high-volume final test
Provide schematic and layout input to CAD engineers for the development of Probe and Final Test (FT) loadboards
Debug new silicon and deliver feedback to the development team
Support factory teams in debugging, maintaining, and enhancing existing test solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in developing analog/mixed-signal hardware and ATE programs
Proficiency in C, C++, and VBA programming languages
Strong knowledge of circuit design, circuit debugging, and simulation
Willingness to travel internationally (up to four weeks, 1–2 times per year)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
