Responsibilities
Lead and deliver high-impact systems & infrastructure projects
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, identity, and access systems
Manage and secure macOS & Windows fleets with MDM (Intune/JAMF/Mosyle)
Build automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Serve as top-tier escalation for complex issues across apps, identity, and endpoints
Implement security best practices and improve IT reliability
Create documentation, standards, and scalable deployment workflows
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering or systems administration
Strong background with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online
Strong background with Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
Strong background with Intune, JAMF, or Mosyle MDM
Strong background with VMware or Hyper-V
PowerShell (required), Python/Bash (bonus)
Proven ability to design and implement solutions end to end
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Experience working in fast-paced or multi-environment settings (MSP background is a plus)
Preferred
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Networking fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls, VPN)
Security hardening and vulnerability remediation
Automation of provisioning, patching, reporting, or compliance
