Responsibilities
Focus on custom Mobile Hydraulics and Controls solutions for the mobile market
Work with Sales and Marketing to identify and provide solutions for new opportunities
Complete product design layouts and detailed product documentation
Modify and create drawings and bill of materials
Organize and prioritize assignments to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Maintain a cooperative and productive working relationship and communications with all departments and employees
Prepare quotes and technical proposals and correspond with sales and customers
Work with Inside Technical support to assist with customer solutions
Help maintain technical records and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural Engineering
5+ years of related experience with integrated cartridge valve systems/fluid power products
Must be able to understand and apply engineering principles, education, and applicable technology
Experience with computer aided design and/or feature based design software
