Utilize advanced sourcing skills and expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent
Maintain a strong understanding of labor market trends and conduct thorough research to inform recruitment strategies and tell a story with data
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies that align with business goals while having an ability to influence on all facets of the process
Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting innovative recruitment practices and continuous improvement

Required

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to act as a candidate career advisor and hiring strategy advisor
Experience in driving change and promoting innovative recruitment practices
Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen
