The role focuses on civil works, foundations, structural steel, and underground utilities to ensure safe, compliant, and constructible facilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and review civil and structural designs for pipeline, terminal, and associated facilities, including foundations, pipe racks, supports, and concrete/steel structures
Support site development activities such as grading, drainage, earthworks, roadways, and underground utilities
Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications in accordance with applicable codes and standards (AISC, ACI, ASCE, API, local codes)
Provide construction support including RFIs, field queries, site inspections, and resolution of constructability issues
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (pipeline, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and HSE) to ensure integrated design and execution
Interface with contractors and fabricators to ensure alignment with design intent, schedule, and quality requirements
Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and documentation related to civil and structural scope
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with project HSE standards and quality requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience supporting pipeline, terminal, refinery, or midstream infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of concrete foundations, structural steel, pipe supports, and underground utilities
Familiarity with Gulf Coast soil conditions and industrial site development preferred
Experience providing engineering support during construction phases
Proficiency with industry design codes and standards
Preferred
Texas industrial or terminal project experience
PE license or progress toward licensure
Experience working in brownfield environments
