Information Technology Security Analyst
ICON Consultants, LP is seeking a dedicated and proactive Information Technology Security Analyst to work closely with peers across Global Security. The role involves assisting in daily assignments within the Global Security Governance, Projects, and Strategy functions, specifically focusing on security awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of a Security Awareness Program, including:
Developing monthly reviews of awareness materials for inputs and approvals for the annual plan
Creating engaging news articles each month to educate staff, delivered via SharePoint and Viva Engage (formerly Yammer) internal social media
Designing phishing simulation payloads and executing tests using Microsoft Defender
Collaborating on annual Security Awareness training for all staff, running weekly reports to identify overdue participants, and updating Power BI dashboards
Supporting the execution of Cyber Security Awareness Month in October, coordinating with global teams
Issuing quarterly Repeat Offender training sessions
Curating 2.5 hours of regulatory training materials for Asia-Pacific teams
Manage license assignments within the Udemy Business Pro training platform
Gather monthly metrics and assist in preparing presentations for senior Global Security leadership
Maintain Global Security new hire information
Update and maintain intranet web pages related to Global Security
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to develop creative and educational materials
Exceptional academic record
Experience in analytics and quantitative analysis
Quick learner with intellectual agility
Ability to learn and operate security tools when required
Team player with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
Preferred
Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, etc.) preferred, or equivalent business experience
